The location of Casa Dos Lunas is fantastic, just a short walk to the centro with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff really made my stay enjoyable. they were incredibly helpful with recommendations and made me feel at home. The room I stayed in had a lovely view and felt cozy, complete with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The courtyard was a nice retreat for mornings and evenings. However, the shower floor was dangerously slippery, and I almost fell twice. I wished there was a mini-bar to keep drinks cool, especially since the complimentary coffee wasn’t great. I also felt the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. These small issues took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful.
My experience was quite disappointing during my stay. The mattress was extremely rigid, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, there were strong sewer smells coming from the bathroom which made it quite unpleasant. Even the towels were not replaced during my stay, adding to my dissatisfaction.

My stay was a delightful experience as I explored the nearby attractions, including the House of Juarez Museum and the Ethnobotanical Garden, both within a short walk. The person who managed my reservation went out of her way to make my time there special, even surprising me with a bottle of wine for my birthday. The room I had was cozy and clean, featuring a lovely courtyard which made for a pleasant relaxation spot after a day of exploring.

great location but needs some improvements
The location is excellent, very close to the centro with easy access to bars and restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. The upstairs terrace offers a lovely city view that adds a nice touch to the stay.
The mattress in the room felt quite rigid, making it challenging for a good night's sleep.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions. The homemade ice cream served in the garden was a delightful treat that added to the experience. However, the room felt cramped and the mattress was uncomfortably firm, making restful sleep challenging. Additionally, the complimentary coffee offered in the morning lacked flavor, resembling more of a weak brew than a quality start to the day.
